The machine is composed of two independent baskets that contain
Zini pasta in a steel tank full of water at 97-98 °C.

The heating time can be selected by the operator
through the time buttons on the digital control panel, which can
be set according to the shape of pasta and to taste.

At the end of the heating process the baskets come up, drain for
three seconds and release the pasta directly into the plates.

At this point the dish is completed by adding the
chosen sauce: in the lower par of the machine there are three bain-marie
trays which keep the sauces warm at the desired temperature.
